John and Carol Wynia have resided in Nanaimo BC since the early 1970s and began Harbourview Autohaus Ltd in mid-January 1983. Our latest addition to the Service Department of Harbourview Volkswagen, John Hozlwarth! Our newest journeyman automotive technician first joined Volkswagen as far back as 1986 after graduating from High School with HONORS. In 1987 he began his apprenticeship with a VW dealership in Vancouver where he completed his training and to become a fully licensed journeyman automotive technician. John brings with him a total of 22 years of experience, 9 with VW and 13 with Mercedes Benz in both Technician as well as Shop Foreman roles. John recently moved to Nanaimo with his wife Tina, and two children ages 9 and 5, in order to live closer to family and to enjoy the "Island" lifestyle. In addition to his technical talents, his love for the VW and German brands makes him a perfect fit and a most welcome addition to our team of professionals. Our customers now have one more reason to feel comfortable and satisfied with their visits to our Service Department at Harbourview Volkswagen. Come in and meet John and you will see for yourself!
